Harmony in Design

Developed and delivered by Burbank Urban, Verse consisted of 27 award-winning, three storey townhouses designed by Genton Architecture.

The townhouses were designed to incorporate commercial design principles to create vibrant living areas with curtain wall facades and unique, uninterrupted stairwell voids allowing a flood of natural light to penetrate deep into the floorplates. The townhouses surround an oversized internal courtyard to allow for more natural light and significant planting, with private open spaces deliberately faced inward to take full advantage. Soft and hard landscaping combine to transform a rear access lane way into a truly usable, green enclave acting as a centrepiece for the development.
